When men of political powers bungled with nature.....

Legislative powers aims at doing good to                                                                                      the people, but when the means of achieving the good becomes defective, it becomes a curse to the people.               Image result for pictures of policy making                                                                Rethink before you execute a thought into action
because it is to bungle rather than to be conspicious.
 risk.

Unfortunately, there
have been numerous
                                                                                  instances which mirror unwisely decisions.

Democracy gives a wider scope for decision-making, though there are constitutional parameters. On the grounds of feasibility, people cannot participate in this process. As the citizen's significance appears only while  electing the government, during the tenure, the government finds no moral restrictions or impediments in its way towards putting a Bill into force. However, people raise a hue and cry, when the Bill appears to strangle their purchasing-power, or lacerates their feelings. For instance, the hike in the price of the petrol or gas.The decision-making process is confined to the body of representatives who form the government.

Here, the point is that the people remain outside
the decision-making process. As such, there is
a great responsibility on the shoulders of the
decision-making body or legislators who decide
the fate or the destiny of the nation. In most cases,
the decisions of the legislators go wrong or become ineffective. It is the                                                                                           enthusiasm that drives the policy-                                                  Image result for pictures of policy making                                              making, not wisdom. Most decisions                                                                                            taken in the past have been hasty. Democracy is the ground created for the people's freedom and development but it is the political enthusiasm that has its say.

The seed of ignorance sown, will certainly emerge into a tree that would bear the fruits of disaster which is inevitable. What a beautiful thing it is - that which is well thought of, but it is the blind enthusiasm that surpasses it. Many a time, the blemishes remain unnoticed for a long time. The harmful consequences come into light but the root cause is ignored by the sufferers.

During the policy-making process, it is quite difficult for the legislators to remain free from political enthusiasm and prejudice, that distort the applicability of the law, in a particular context. Here, by 'context' it is meant that a law finds relevance to the territory where it is implemented. Again, the relevance differs in accordance to the location and the nature of the problem that prevails there.

SAVE ELECTRICITY, REDUCE SHORTAGE

It would be wise to reduce the consumption of electricity instead of wasting it in the context where several better substitutes are possible. One such instance is green buildings. Does it not appear as if the idea says, 'Go green, live green'. However, this idea has been confined to small pockets which are the outcome of the few enthusiasts. The builders too, should move forward with a will to encourage more and more customers to opt green buildings.
The remarkable feature of the green-buildings are that they do not give scope for unnecessary consumption of electricity until the last ray of the Sun is available. The electric lights take turn only when the dusk warns about the darkness that would arise out of sun-set.
Even if the building is illuminated, it would be done with solar lights. Such green-houses can become a common sight with the government's involvement. Awareness about the urgent need of such houses, should be done through campaigns and non-commercial ads.
